JKBOPEE BSc Nursing Eligibility Criteria
- Eligibility for B.Sc. Nursing B.Sc. Para-Medical & BSc Technology Courses,
The candidates applying for admission to B.Sc. Nursing Programme must fulfil the following eligibility conditions;
A candidate must:
- be a domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be (For Candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile certificate);
- be at least 17 years old on 31st December-2024;
- have passed the qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together and passed in English individually including the candidates from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government having Science subjects and English only;
- For the candidates belonging to reserved categories, the marks obtained in 3 core subjects shall be 40% instead of 45% for General category candidates be medically fit; The candidates appearing/appeared in 10+2 (12th Class) examination 2024 can also apply, provided such candidates have qualified the examination at the time of declaration of the result of the Entrance Test /at the date of counselling or at the time of admission to the respective college, if selected, otherwise their candidature shall be automatically cancelled, without any further notice
