Kashmir University MBA Selection List 2024 Released, Access the Merit List cum PDF Here

The University of Kashmir has released the list of candidates who have been provisionally selected for admission to the MBA Programme at the Main Campus and the MBA-CME Programme at the Craft Development Institute, Nowshera, Srinagar. The selection was based purely on the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) scores obtained by the candidates.

The notification further states that Chairman of the Departmental Admission Committee must ensure that all selected candidates meet the minimum eligibility requirements and possess valid category certificates (if applicable) valid up to July 11, 2024. The verification will be done through original documents. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not receive an authority slip from the Admission Committee.

Admission Conditions:
The admission of the candidates is contingent upon fulfilling the following conditions:

1. Document Verification: Production of all relevant original documents, including:
   • Marks Card(s) of the qualifying examination
   • Domicile certificate
   • Character and Provisional certificates of the last attended institution
   • Valid Reserved Category certificate (if applicable)
   • Migration Certificate
2. Eligibility Forms: Submission of the eligibility cum revival of registration/migration form along with the fee, if applicable.
3. Eligibility Verification: Fulfillment of minimum eligibility conditions, which will be verified by the concerned department.
4. NOC for In-Service Candidates: In-service candidates must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current department.
5. Affidavit Submission: An affidavit sworn before a 1st Class Judicial/Executive Magistrate stating:
   • The candidate is not enrolled in any other institution.
   • All submitted certificates/documents are genuine.
   • Adherence to university rules and regulations.
   • Understanding that misinformation, concealment of information, or indiscipline will lead to admission cancellation and legal action.
   • The affidavit is submitted under free will without pressure, compulsion, fraud, or coercion.

Provisionally selected candidates must approach the concerned Department/Institute with all relevant original certificates and self-attested copies for document verification and acceptance of the admission form. The prescribed fee must be deposited online from August 5, 2024, to August 12, 2024. Failure to complete the admission formalities by August 12, 2024, will result in forfeiting the right to admission. Any resulting vacancies will be filled from the waiting list.
