JKSSB VLW / Panchayat Secretary Final Selection has been released by the commission, ending the long pending queries of over 1300 families. The Selection list comes following the final Judgement of the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, Rejecting all the PILs and giving the verdict in the favor of meritorious candidates.
JKSSB Final Selection List for the posts of Panchayat Secretary, under Item No. 059 (District Cadre, Anantnag), Item No. 060 (District Cadre, Kulgam), Item No. 061 (District Cadre, Pulwama), Item No. 062 (District Cadre, Shopian), Item No. 063 (District Cadre, Bandipora), Item No. 064 (District Cadre, Baramulla), Item No. 065 (District Cadre, Ganderbal), Item No. 066 (District Cadre, Budgam), Item No. 067 (District Cadre, Kupwara), Item No. 068 (District Cadre, Jammu), Item No. 069 (District Cadre, Samba), Item No. 070 (District Cadre, Kathua), Item No. 071 (District Cadre, Udhampur), Item No. 072 (District Cadre, Reasi), Item No. 073 (District Cadre, Doda), Item No. 074 (District Cadre, Kishtwar), Item No. 075 (District Cadre, Ramban), Item No. 076 (District Cadre, Rajouri), Item No. 077 (District Cadre, Poonch), Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, advertised vide Notification No. 03 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022.
Now, therefore, the Final Selection List of the candidates for the posts of Provisional Selection List for 1395 posts of Panchayat Secretary, Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, advertised vide Notification No. 03 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022, is hereby notified as Annexure-A to this Notification. It is further notified that:
- The above Final Selection List shall be subject to outcome of the OAs/Writ Petition(s), if any, pending adjudication before any Competent Court of law. (2) The List shall also be subject to the outcome of such enquiry, involving any candidate(s), as figuring in this List.
- The formal recommendations to the concerned Indenting Department shall be forwarded separately.
- The candidates whose recommendations are kept withheld shall submit the requisite documents/certificates within a period of one month.
- The Selection of the candidates has been made on the basis of Self- declaration/Certificates submitted by them and if at any stage, it comes to the light that any candidate(s) has submitted false information or has secured selection on the basis of fake documents/certificates, the selection shall be liable to cancellation at any stage.
