Caution Advisory for NEET-PG 2024 Applicants

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is set to conduct the NEET-PG 2024 on June 23, 2024, from 9 AM to 12:30 PM. This computer-based exam will be held at over 1,000 test centers across approximately 300 cities nationwide.

Admit Cards Issued Batch-Wise Starting today, admit cards for NEET-PG 2024 will be issued in batches. Applicants are advised to regularly check their applicant login accounts on the NEET-PG 2024 index page of the NBEMS website (https://natboard.edu.in) for their admit cards.

Caution Against Fraudulent Communications NBEMS reiterates that it does not send emails or SMS messages to candidates regarding securing good marks or merit positions in any of its exams. Candidates should disregard any such claims and avoid being misled by unscrupulous agents or touts. Additionally, NBEMS does not make phone calls or issue communications about unfair assistance during exams. Candidates are urged to report any such activities immediately.

Test Centre Familiarization and Timeliness Candidates should familiarize themselves with the location of their test centers and plan their travel time accordingly. Arriving at the test center on or before the reporting time is mandatory, as late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances. NBEMS will not be responsible for any delays in reaching the test center.

Mandatory Documents for Entry To gain entry to the test center, candidates must produce the following documents:

  • A printout of the admit card issued by NBEMS.
  • Original and hard copy of a government-issued photo identification proof.
  • Photocopy of Permanent/Provisional SMC/MCI/NMC registration of MBBS qualification.

Prohibited Items and Medical Requirements Candidates are prohibited from bringing certain items into the examination center. A detailed list of prohibited items can be found in the information bulletin and on the admit card for NEET-PG 2024.

Candidates needing to carry medicine or medical assistance devices must have supportive medical documents. Without these documents, such items will not be allowed inside the exam center.

Assistance for PwD Candidates PwD candidates requiring a scribe must seek prior approval from NBEMS. This can be done by submitting a query at the NBEMS Communication Web Portal along with supporting documents as per the RPwD Act, 2016. Without prior approval, candidates will not be allowed to bring a scribe into the exam center.

Consequences of Unfair Means Candidates found guilty of using unfair means or misconduct during NEET-PG 2024 will face criminal and/or academic penalties as per applicable provisions and guidelines. Definitions and examples of unfair means can be found in the NEET-PG 2024 Information Bulletin.
